The control system and electrodrive automation sensors are made in two versions. The first-level system is performed on contact equipment with contactless travel sensors lifting skip and the second – contactless on programmable logical controllers of the blast furnace using encoders with absolute code, monitoring the skip position.
The relay scheme provides in full automatic operation of the electric drives of the skip swan, subordinated to the lower shaft supply system. The complete relay version of automated electric drives is applicable for various upper-colored loading systems – cone, cone-type Paul Wurth, or rotary.
